This product is easy to apply seems durable and the finish is beautiful. I have used it on a number of fly rods and they all turned out beautiful.

I’ve used several rod finish products with good results but this is my favorite. Very easy to work and always achieves a mirror smooth finish. My wraps look great and I’ve never lost guide.
Phil –
Has become my “go to” fly rod finish. For best results, use long strokes along the blank for the decal area and it levels well. On guide wraps, make the first coat very thin; just enough to not see thread lines. Make the second coat a tad thicker, with brush pressed lightly at a 45 degree angle to the blank and it will level out to an almost perfect taper.
